Olivia has over 10 years’ experience in ESG but in reality she has embodied sustainability and environmental conservation from a young age. She lives by her purpose to ‘provide a voice to the voiceless’, whether that is nature, animals, or underrepresented groups, and will continue to work and mentor in this field.

Olivia plays a dual role, as the Head of ESG at Ellerston Capital and as the lead advisor for Anabranch ESG Advisory. Olivia’s ESG career has grown through multiple sectors including finance, consulting and local government.

Lauren brings eight years of commercial accounting and consulting experience from both public and private sectors. With a proven track record of working with clients across various industries, including resources/mining, manufacturing, technology, waste management, and logistics, Lauren has developed a deep understanding of the ESG challenges and opportunities that businesses face today.

As an experienced consultant, Lauren is well-versed in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication, enabling effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Her strong analytical skills and attention to detail guarantee the delivery of high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients.
